Full scale renovation and redevelopment completed over 9 months. The project included a complete internal refurb, three extensions, structural works, and a full exterior transformation.
Works included new foundations, bathrooms, kitchen refit, underfloor heating throughout, a natural slate roof, upgraded heating systems, utility installation, external rendering, and full landscaping including patio, driveway, and fencing.
Because the same team handled the carpentry, the wet rooms, the roof and the external works, the detailing carries through from the structure to the finish — the extensions read as part of the original house rather than additions bolted onto it.
